Combin Scheduler can help you schedule the publication of pending stories for the future. To quickly schedule a story for your account, follow the steps below.
Install Combination Scheduler. Available for Windows, Mac and Linux.
- Log in to your Instagram account within the Scheduler. The application does not store or share personal information with third parties, it only uses passwords to send access requests to Instagram. Two-factor authentication is supported.
- Once you are logged in, click on the Stories tab located at the top left corner of the application window.
- Click the "Add New Story" button at the bottom of the application window to start planning your story.
- Drag and drop an image or click Choose File to select an image to post to the story.
- Choose the time and day of publication. The app automatically syncs with your system time zone.
- Click Publish Now. Your story will be published at the specified time.
Leave Combination Scheduler enabled until the scheduled story appears on Instagram. If app windows are bothering you, let Scheduler run in the background instead of closing the app completely.
On the menu bar, click Tools > Options . Enable the setting Continue running in background after closing application windows. After that, the Scheduler will be minimized instead of closing completely by pressing the X button to exit.
